Do you love feta? How about tomatoes? And, of course, you love pasta! Try making the famous baked feta pasta recipe for a simple weeknight dinner. Your pasta nights will never be the same!

Ingredients

2 pints (20 ounces) cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
8-ounce block feta cheese, drained
1 clove garlic, finely grated
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
10 ounces pasta

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F
Place tomatoes in a medium baking dish. Cover with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until combined.
Place feta block in center of mixture and gently toss to coat the feta in olive oil mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes until tomatoes are bursting and feta is golden on top.
While feta mixture is baking, bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta until al dente.
Drain, reserving ½ cup of the cooking liquid.
Add the pasta, garlic and reserve pasta water to the cooked tomatoes and feta and toss everything to combine. Top with basil and enjoy!
