Shipping Policy

At Zest, we love helping you get the items you want—whether you’re shopping in-store or having them shipped to your door! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • We ship most items within the U.S. (Sorry, no international or APO/FPO addresses at this time).
  • Orders placed before 12pm usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm may take an extra business day to process.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout by USPS or UPS based on:
    • How far your package is coming from
    • Weight of your items
    • Size of your package
  • Orders over $150 shipping to Montana or Wyoming get free standard delivery.

Shipping Address

  • UPS requires a street address (no PO Boxes).
  • For PO Boxes, please select USPS at checkout.

Delayed Shipments
Sometimes packages take a little longer than expected due to carrier issues. Here’s how we handle it:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days after the estimated delivery date before reaching out.
  • If your order still hasn’t arrived after that, email us. We’ll work with the carrier to figure out what happened and discuss possible solutions, such as:
    • Sending a replacement
    • Offering a partial refund
    • Providing a small token of appreciation, like a discount on a future order
  • Remedies are handled on a case-by-case basis to keep things fair.
  • If the original package later shows up, we’ll guide you on how to return it.
