Ingredients
Berry Spooky Eyeball Punch
-
1-liter cranberry juice
-
1-liter sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (for sweetness)
-
1 cup fresh blueberries
-
1 cup fresh raspberries
-
2 cups frozen mixed berries
-
2-3 kiwis, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
-
Gummy candy eyeballs (optional, for extra spooky flair)
-
Ice (preferably in spooky shapes, like skulls or bats)
For the Eyeballs
-
2 fresh lychees (canned lychees work too, drained)
-
12 blueberries
Directions
Prepare the Eyeballs
Gently stuff each lychee with a blueberry to create a creepy "eyeball" effect.
Freeze these lychee eyeballs for at least 2 hours to firm up and add a chilling effect to the punch
Make the Punch
In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice and sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda for a sweeter punch).
Add the fresh raspberries, blueberries, and frozen mixed berries. Stir well.
Add the Eyeballs
Just before serving, drop in the frozen lychee eyeballs, kiwi slices, and spooky-shaped ice cubes to float on top of the punch. Toss in some dry ice to make things extra spooky!
Recipe Note
The frozen berries help keep the punch cold, so there's no need to add too much ice.
