Ingredients

½ cup sour cream

1 cup heavy cream

1 bunch cilantro, leaves only

Juice from ½ a lime

½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust as desired - you can add more lime juice if you prefer more acidity, or extra sour cream if you want a slightly thicker crema. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
