1 tablespoon espresso powder
1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
1 tablespoon hot water
3/4 to 1 cup milk (your choice), chilled or heated
Combine espresso powder, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl. Using an electric hand mixer or milk frother, whisk at high speed until the coffee mixture forms stiff peaks (2-4 minutes).
Add ice cubes to your mug and pour in the milk. Scoop the whipped coffee on the top the milk and serve immediately. You can also garnish with a dusting of cinnamon, more espresso powder, and/or cocoa powder.
