Slightly creamy and infused with cardamom, this mango sherbet uses Mango Puree from Whole India Foods. You can substitute frozen, pureed mangos, but the quality may not be the same.
1 jar Pure India Foods Alphonso Mango Puree
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Cloud Forest Cardamom
4 ounces coconut milk
Zest from half a lime
Juice from half a lime
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix to combine. Follow directions for your ice cream maker, churning until just set. Freeze overnight to cure before serving (this will allow the flavors to more fully meld together).
