Mediterranean Cucumber and Balsamic Mocktail
When I first tasted Ritrovo's new Mediterranean Balsamic Vinegar, I was blown away by its refreshing flavor. I'd never tasted a vinegar like it. It's a white balsamic vinegar infused with Italian basil and rosemary, and it's bright and tangy while also a little sweet. Besides this mocktail, I'm using it as a drizzle on top of burrata, in salad dressings, and is part of a marinade for grilled chicken. Let us know if you give it a try!
