Seasoning blends are an easy shortcut to measuring out each individual spice or herb. You can mix this in advance of the holidays and use it through out the year whenever you're roasting poultry.

Classic poultry and dressing seasoning. If you already have dried, whole herbs you can grind them using a mortar and pestle.Author:

8 Teaspoons Ground Sage
6 Teaspoons Ground Thyme
4 Teaspoons Ground Marjoram
3 Teaspoons Ground Rosemary
2 Teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and store in an air tight spice jar or container.
You can always add any spices or herbs you prefer to this blend.
