Rosemary Yuzu Gin Fizz
Yuzu is having a moment. The small, bumpy, yellow citrus fruit from Japan looks a bit like a smaller, rounder lemon, but its flavor is more fragrant and pungent. We love yuzu in all sorts of applications, but Bacanha Yuzu Syrup pairs beautifully with rosemary and gin in a refreshing summer beverage.

There really is not substitute for Yuzu syrup in this recipe. Lemon is great, but lacks the sharpness and complexity. It's our favorite use for the Bacanha Yuzu Syrup
Ingredients
-
1 small sprig fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
-
3 ounces Ritual Zero Proof Nonalcoholic Gin
-
1 ounce Bacanha Yuzu Syrup
-
Club Soda
-
Ice Cubes
Directions
Place the rosemary in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and use a muddler to mash it a few times to release the oils.
Add a few ice cubes, then the gin and yuzu syrup; put on the lid and shake until cold.
Strain into a highball glass over ice and fill to the top with club soda. Garnish with another small sprig of rosemary and serve.
