Ingredients
- 4.5 oz mango nectar
- 3 oz Ritual Zero Proof Tequila
- 1.5 oz lime juice
- 2 fresh sliced jalapeno coins (optional for extra kick)
- Ice
- 1 12 oz can pineapple kombucha

Directions
Prepare the Rim:
Combine 1/4 cup of margarita or chunky kosher salt with 1 tablespoon red jalapeno chili flakes in a small dish.
Add 2 tablespoons of agave nectar to a separate small dish.
Dip the rim of a margarita glass into the agave-nectar, ensuring the entire rim is coated.
Then, dip the coated rim into the salt mixture, ensuring an even coating of salt and chili flakes.
Set the prepared glass aside.
Prepare the Drink:
In a cocktail shaker, combine 4.5 oz mango nectar, 3 oz Ritual Zero Proof Tequila, and 1.5 oz lime juice.
Optionally, add 2 slices of fresh jalapeno coins for an extra kick.
Add ice to the shaker and shake well to combine the ingredients.
Assemble the Mocktail:
Fill the prepared margarita glass to the top with ice.
Strain the juice and tequila mixture from the shaker over the ice in the glass.
Fill the rest of the glass with pineapple kombucha.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve:
Optionally garnish with lime slices and pineapple fronds.
