You will receive a followup response within 1 week of submitting this form. Donation requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month BEFORE your event. Requests received later than this will not receive a response. Requests will be processed and donations made ready for pickup by the 1st of every month.

Please note that we are able to make a limited number of donations per year. We are happy to support organizations and causes in our community that align with our values with an in-kind donation of a gift basket or raffle prize.

Donation requests from outside the greater Billings, Montana area WILL NOT be considered. You will not receive a response if your organization or event is not based in or near Billings, Montana.
