Events and Classes

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are not feeling well or have been around someone who is sick, please stay home and get well.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations. Our chefs have worked very hard to prepare for the evening's event and ingredients are purchased in advance. If you call to let us know about a conflict, Zest may be able to help find a replacement for your seat(s) using our waitlist. If the seat can be filled, we may be able to credit your class for another date. Alternatively, we recommend you coordinate for someone else to take your seat(s).

Zest reserves to right to cancel or reschedule a class 48 hours prior to its scheduled time if it does not meet the minimum number of guests. If Zest must cancel a class, all participants will have the choice between a refund or a class credit to attend at a later date. We also reserve the right to change a chef/instructor or menu previously published, depending upon availability.
