Turn the board over and you have a generously sized board to slice all of your favorite breads. Made from Solid Red Alder a Sustainable American Hardwood. Color and grain will vary from board to board. The bread and bagel slicer fit snuggly in the knife board for easy storage. Turn the Knife Board over to slice all of your favorite bread and the face stays nice. Hand wash only with warm soapy water and dry immediately and leave standing up until completely dry.
