Charles Chocolates - Chocolate Covered Orange Peel

Valencia oranges make the most distinctive and (we think) best candied peel. After a multi-day process that brings out the best of the orange, without the strong bitter taste that some candied peel can have, we dry and then coat each piece in bittersweet chocolate.

Ingredients: Bittersweet chocolate (cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar).
