⬠ Three diamond grit discs
⬠ Helix Honing disc
⬠ Angle finder to determine your knife’s angle
How to Use Your CINQ Rolling Knife Sharpener:
1. Start with the 400-grit disc: Begin sharpening with the 400-grit disc for only your dullest knives.
2. Move to the 1000-grit disc: Continue sharpening to refine the edge.
3. Proceed to the 2000-grit disc: Further refine the edge to a finer finish.
4. Use the helix honing disc: Align the newly sharpened edge.
5. Clean the blade: Remove metal particles generating from sharpening.
6. Enjoy your freshly sharpened knife.
Pro Tip:
The first sharpening may take 5-10 minutes, depending on the condition of the blade and its hardness. We recommend matching your knife’s existing angle. Changing angles may take additional time and may not be optimal for your knife. Once you have a sharp blade, each further maintenance resharpening will take less time and effort. You may choose to start with the 1000 or 2000-grit discs for maintenance if the edge has been recently sharpened.
Maintenance:
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth
- Store Roller seated inside the Pentagon Magnetic Base
