Steamed, fried, or boiled and filled with scrumptious fillings, dumplings can do it all. In this class, we'll explore recipes from the wonderful cookbook This Is A Book About Dumplings by MasterChef Australia alum Brendan Pang.
Participants will make their own dumplings from scratch. We'll explore multiple styles of folding techniques and learn which dumpling dough to use whether you're steaming, frying or boiling your dumplings in a rich broth.
This class will feature one vegetarian filling and two meat.
Purchase just the class for $75 or the class AND the cookbook for $95 (save 10% on the list price of the book). If you purchase the bundle, your cookbook will be available for pickup the day of the class.
