Master perfectly airy, delicate ciabatta bread at home.Made of the highest quality French stoneware, this pan helps you do it! Designed specially to achieve ciabatta's unique crumb structure. Here's how it works: The lid traps steam during baking to replicate the environment of a steam-injected oven. This steam allows the bread to expand fully, and also creates a crisp, crackly crust. Holds a recipe with 3 to 4 cups of flour. 15" x 9" x 1½" (makes two 14¾" long loaves).

Resistance Against Temperature Changes: A dish or stewpot should be able to withstand wide variations in temperature. Our ceramics allow our products to be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (+250°C/500°F).


Resistance Against Fading Colors: Heat, the dishwasher or sharp instruments will all have an aging effect on a product. Our glazes are particularly resistant to the dishwasher and the most aggressive of detergents.
