Le Creuset Cassadou: 3.75 QT, Flame
SKU: 21079026090041
A traditional design from Le Creuset’s archives, the Signature Cassadou was inspired by Provencal hunters and the stews they would prepare from the day’s catch. Now updated for the modern kitchen, the enameled cast iron cassadou acts as a deep saute pan or small Dutch oven with a convenient handle, ideal for everything from frying to braising to simmering.
Crafted from our legendary cast iron, the Signature Cassadou has the same exceptional heat distribution and retention qualities to lock in flavor and keep dishes warm or cold at the table. The colorful enameled surface minimizes sticking and staining, requires no pre-seasoning, and is easy-to-clean.

Glaze Imperfections
Glaze Imperfections
Before any of our ceramics, pottery, porcelain or enameled cast iron reach you they have passed both manufacturer and our own quality control checks. We look for thin spots in glaze, excessive pin holing, chips, crazing, sharp spots, scratches, etc. There are some imperfections that are unavoidable - such as marks where a piece was held while glazing, or individual pinholes due to microscopic dust in the firing chambers. None of these imperfections affect the function of the piece and are not considered flaws for purposes of returns
