N/UM Kgalagadi Ancient Salt

Harvested from the ancient pans of the Kalahari desert in Botswana, this gourmet salt is rich in potassium, magnesium and calcium. It has a unique white-pink color and delicate, clean and unique taste. It is used in a variety of culinary applications, including seasoning, preserving and as a finishing salt.
