IMPORTANT:

The BeaterBlade mixing scraper does not replace the wire whip (whisk) that comes with your mixer. The wire whisk is an important tool for whipping cream, meringue, and items that require lots of tiny air bubbles. Never let go of your wire whip.

This metal body 5L-MR BeaterBlade works exclusively on KitchenAid 5QT Bowl-Lift and PRO 6000 Tulip Bowl mixers.  This family of mixers features a narrower bowl with more vertical sides.  It is a style that is popular at restaurants and bakeries due to the power delivered in that bowl shape. This BeaterBlade is NOT for the 5-Plus or the Tilt-Head (we have other beater blades for those mixers) and it is not meant to be used on any other manufacturer’s brand of mixer or other KitchenAid mixer sizes.
