Our newest addition to Ritrovo’s line of dry stuffed pasta is straight out of Pastificio Allemandi’s home region, Piemonte. You will smell the rich truffle flavor even before you cook these petite ravioli into boiling water. They are an elegant first course for holiday and Sunday dinners, or used for your next potluck or appetizer buffet, to wow your table companions. We recommend a simple condiment on these such as butter or La Bella DOP Ligurian olive oil, Ritrovo Selections Truffle & Salt & Cheese, and a touch of grated parmesan or castelmagno cheese.
