Sfoglini Rye Trumpets are made with stone-ground organic whole rye flour from the New York Hudson Valley. This brings a crisp, bold snap to every bite, and the whole grains milled by stone include bran and wheat germ to create flours higher in essential vitamins, minerals and enzymes. We combine our whole rye flour with organic semolina flour milled from durum wheat. A staple of traditional Italian pasta, semolina helps to hold the Trumpets’ shape so it can handle both delicate and hearty sauces with ease.
