USA Pan has a pan for every recipe, including the traditional jelly roll (aka Swiss roll, cream roll, roulade) pan. But this is no one hit wonder. Use this jelly roll pan to bake the perfect jelly roll cake, or a dozen delightful drop cookies, or some colorful roasted veggies. Similar in size to the quarter sheet pan, this baking pan is a workhorse.
Whatever you choose to make, you will turn out beautiful creations with this aluminized steel and corrugated design. The steel is durable and strong - good enough for commercial kitchens. The ridged bottom works to create even air circulation while also distributing heat evenly, for professional results. Reinforced steel wire rims are easy to grasp with an oven mitt and also aid in warp resistance. All these features are further aided by the proprietary, nonstick, silicone coating that sets the standard for food release and cleanup. Do not exceed 450°F (230°C).
USA Pan's bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary.
Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher.
Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. To maintain the pan’s appearance over time, use a silicone baking mat or line the pan with aluminum foil when roasting vegetables or baking higher fat foods such as french fries or meat.
Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.
